Multigrain or Gluten-Free Atta: compare the ingredients.

A practical starting point for choosing between SATANAAJ’s two flour blends.

Start with the ingredient list

Multigrain Atta combines wheat, barley, bajra, black chickpea, corn, flaxseed and soybean. Gluten-Free Atta combines rice, corn, sabudana, white chickpea, split mung bean, flaxseed and soybean.

These are different recipes, with different dough behaviour. “Multigrain” describes a blend of multiple ingredients; it does not mean gluten-free.

Check allergens & testing

Multigrain Atta contains wheat, barley and soy. Both products contain soy. For Gluten-Free Atta, cross-contact with gluten-containing grains is possible. The PCSIR sample reports show the tested samples and dates. A sample result is not an every-batch guarantee or medical suitability certification.

Choose a practical quantity

Multigrain Atta comes in 2 kg pouches, with one- or two-pack options. Gluten-Free Atta comes in 1 kg boxes, with one-, two- or five-pack options. The Family Mix offers one pack of each, for 3 kg in total.

Think about how quickly your household will use the flour and how you will store it, then compare the total price and quantity on the product page.
