Description
Seven ingredients for your everyday atta
SATANAAJ Multigrain Atta is a blend of cereals, pulses and flaxseed made for Pakistani home cooking. It combines familiar wheat atta with six other ingredients, giving you a multigrain flour for everyday rotis, chapatis and parathas.
Ingredients
Wheat, barley (jau), pearl millet (bajra), black chickpea (black chana), corn (makki), flaxseed (alsi) and soybean.
Pack size and packaging
Net weight: 2 kg. Packed in a heat-sealed metallized standing pouch. Check the pack for the batch number, manufacture date and expiry date.
How to use multigrain atta
Make a small batch of dough using your usual roti or paratha method. Add water gradually and adjust it to the dough consistency you prefer; a flour blend can absorb water differently from your usual wheat atta. Knead, rest the dough briefly, then roll and cook on a hot tawa.
